Full time graduate positions within Investment Banking

Arctic’s Investment Banking Department offers exciting and interesting tasks and responsibilities in a vibrant working environment where we provide financial advice and services to a wide array of clients. 

You will follow a development program relevant to your skills and talent. You will get to know different teams, products (M&A, ECM, DCM) and sectors, before deciding your long-term focus. We want to make sure that you develop the skills and tools you need to succeed.

You will work in teams with highly skilled and supportive colleagues, and your manager and HR will follow up closely to facilitate your development. Our flat organizational structure gives you significant responsibility from day one. 

Who are we looking for:

• We are searching for talented, committed and solution-oriented persons with an ambition to learn and develop in an energetic, intellectually rewarding, and inclusive environment
• The positions are available for graduates completing their degree in 2025
• You should have a relevant academic background with strong academic records and a curious and analytical mindset
• Further, you need to be motivated to learn about capital markets and finance related topics, but no prior experience is required
• Fluency in a Nordic language is a prerequisite
