Brim Explorer is a modern tourism company trying to show sustainable tourism is possible. We are a small international team spread over Tromsø, Oslo & Lofoten. We are driven by excellence and have an informal hard-working atmosphere. Working in the tourism industry brings many benefits, but requires flexibility with seasons.


We are an ambitious young company in strong growth and looking to strengthen our team with a digital marketing specialist.


You will:

  • SoMe content creation and implementation (FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Email marketing (writing newsletters both B2C and B2B)
  • Maintain & create new content for website and third-party websites.
  • Development of onboard marketing material (menus, onboard TV's, flyers, etc).
  • Support our sales team with marketing material
  • Create internal standards for documents and presentations
  • Implement and maintain brand image through all aspects of the organisation
  • Maintain and develop UGC and influencer marketing
  • SEO (keyword analyses, product/blog content optimisation and link-building strategy)
  • SEA and paid ads on Google, Bing, FB/IG and TikTok
  • Ad-hoc tasks & occasional support to other teams

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or similar. Work experience can compensate if education is not available.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with (paid) marketing
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe (creative cloud) or similar
  • Good knowledge/understanding of UA and GA4, Trends, Keyword Planner and Search Console.
  • Experience in the tourism industry is preferred, not a must
  • Fluent English written & spoken. Norwegian and other languages are a plus.
