The HR department in Fred. Olsen & Co. AS provides HR services to the Fred. Olsen-related companies under Bonheur ASA. Most of the companies we support work within the renewables sector, either developing or building onshore and offshore wind parks, new innovative technology, or sustainable investments. As a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager in the HR department, you will get to know the different companies and the renewable industry very well. In this role, you will support line managers with recruitment activities, focusing on identifying candidates that align with the company's commitments and needs. We are seeking a naturally curious individual, who excels at building relationships and can navigate between different companies with different focus areas.


Main Tasks:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for various positions across the Norwegian organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Create job advertisements and source candidates through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Manage all employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Advise with various HR-related tasks and projects such as policy development or other tasks that support the overall HR function


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Good understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Experience with assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and one Scandinavian language
