Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and optimize hydraulic systems on semi-submersible drilling rigs.
• Collaborate with the drilling team to ensure hydraulic systems meet operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic system issues in real-time.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new hydraulic components.
• Develop and implement safety protocols related to hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall integrity and performance of the rig.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably in the offshore drilling industry.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with dynamic positioning (DP) systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
