The purpose of this role is to work in the core of Recharge by gathering and analyzing market insights, supporting strategic decisions within Recharge, and supporting the company’s position as an industry leader. You will be working with data providers, news, conferences, competitors, partners, etc externally, and you will support our business by working closely with the management team, our Board, country Heads, and strategic partners. Some travels can be expected to our Nordic offices and conferences. 

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.


Your role: 

The purpose of this role is to take lead in our data-driven strategy work and to make sure we make the right choices in a rapidly changing market by;


• Gathering and analyzing market insights and data from external and internal sources and proposing relevant activities

• Support strategic decisions with data and market intelligence analysis

• Preparation of reports, specific analyses and presentations to organization and management

• Coordinate work with reporting market material to Investors/Board of Directors

• Coordinate work with Recharge Strategy


Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in engineering, economy/finance, or similar

• English and a Scandinavian language (Swedish/Norwegian/Danish)

• Experience in data management (Excel or similar)

• Experience in business development/strategy work
