We are a fast-growing company in the rapidly growing charging industry, building the necessary infrastructure to enable the transition from fossil to electric transportation. We are looking for you to contribute with your skills and curiosity in leading strategic initiatives, supporting the strategic decisions at Recharge, and being part of our Nordic team that works every day to ensure our position as the industry leader. 


Your role:

The purpose of this role is to lead complex, strategic initiatives and projects and support the strategic decision process by;


• Drive business development activities including industry and company insights 

• Scan and develop strategic opportunities 

• Plan and execute strategic initiatives and business-critical projects 

• Manage cross-functional project teams with external and internal stakeholders

• Responsible for project management office, meaning process quality and way of working within strategic projects

• Report back findings and results in a structured way to the leadership team


Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering, economy/finance, or similar

• English and a Scandinavian language (Swedish/Norwegian/Danish)

• Experience in project management

• Experience in business development, financial analysis, M&A, or similar

• 3-5 years of working experience
