About TUNCO

The story of TUNCO brings us back to our time on the road. Our backpacking years were not only about meeting cool people, surfing tropical waters, and eating new and exotic food. Our travels showed us in real life an ecosystem on the brink of collapse, and communities where far too many go to bed hungry every night. These experiences lit a fire within us and inspired us to start a business to try to do something about it.

We are on a mission to cook mouthwateringly delicious meals to flavor-obsessed people, while at the same time cause minimal harm to animals and the planet. For each meal sold at TUNCO, a meal is given to a child in need. Meal for meal.

• Able to lift and carry up to 10kg, and stand for longer periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, guide their customer journey, resolve guest issues
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu and critical dietary information to effectively communicate ingredients and flavor description to all guests
• Operate cash register and online ordering platforms
• Handling of incoming and outgoing orders
• Set up, maintain, and break down front and kitchen station area
• Cook (wok/noodles)
• Ensure restaurant is operated to the quality, efficiency, and food safety (HACCP) standards
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station etc.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area, kitchen and bathroom
