Product Manager TelluCare e-health Platform

We are a company in strong growth and need more skilled employees to grow further. We are now looking for 1-2 Product Managers to contribute to our journey.  


Your mission:  

TelluCare is a holistic ecosystem providing care receivers with more safety and independence, and health personnel with more time to provide high quality care. It places very high demands on design, innovation, and user-friendliness to create an elegant user experience. As Product Manager in TelluCare, you will have overall responsibility for your product area, and work to establish, further develop and realize the strategic target image for how we can make your product area easily accessible for our customers (municipalities, hospitals and our partners) and end users. Here you will be part of a skilled and social group consisting of Product Managers, Designers, developers, marketing, sales and Customer Success.

What you'll be working on:  

In your new job at Tellu, you are responsible for finding which problems we will solve with TelluCare, evaluating ideas and deciding which services we will improve create and deliver.  

Work with engineers and designers on our holistic ecosystem for welfare technology and our own TelluCare Products (Remote Patient Monitoring, Patient App, Digital Supervision, Health personnel responder App). You will create and own the product strategy for the product you are responsible for and ensure that it matches our strategy in TelluCare. You are good at uncovering problems, needs and opportunities with users through the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. You ensure that we always learn as much as possible, as quickly as possible, with as little effort as possible. Together with the Customer Success, Sales & Marketing department, you take new services to market and measure how each launch creates new value (or not!) for users, customers and for Tellu. 

Be responsible for TelluCare product backlog and ensure that this is specified, estimated, prioritized and available to stakeholders and the development team. Responsible for QA and productification of the service. Communicate internally and ensure that status is available to all stakeholders. Have responsibility for coordinating work with other product managers in TelluCare 

The role also includes responsibility for TelluCare reaching commercial targets. You work closely with designers and developers to prioritize the work to be done and ensure that we achieve our goals through clear prioritization and planning. 

Have responsibility for keeping professionally up to date on relevant subject areas and areas of responsibility and continuously improving work methodology to optimize deliveries.

You have some great stories about how you took an idea from idea to launch, and made the solution grow further. You have commercial flair and understand what it takes to make an impact in the market.  

The most, very, VERY important thing is that you can bring people with you from a to b. As a product manager, you must orchestrate a large group of different people. To be successful, we therefore believe that you are good at collaborating, getting others to collaborate and creating a solid and good team feeling.  

Your experience:  

  • Relevant BSs or MSc, from technology and/or health field 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with product management or development of digital products.  
  • Experience with digital product development and demonstrated results at the interface between business and digitization of workflows.  
  • Understanding of what drives financial value in the business and ability to design profitable digital products/services. 
  • Analytical and decision-making, with great implementation skills 
  • as good oral and written communication skills to establish dialogue with both customers, partners, and internal interest groups (Norwegian and English) 
  • Bonus: You have experience of working in the healthcare sector
